We wanted to thank you for your spectacular service last month on the purchase of our 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan.  The van is so great we just love it!!! I would like to take the time to thank you for the excellent service you showed my wife and I during the purchase process of our new (used) 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan.  It had been a number of years since I'd even walked on a car lot, due to the rather unscrupulous activities by the people at the now defunct university Toyota dealership.

Your attention to detail and helpful courteous attitude made the purchase process far more enjoyable  than I imagined it would be .  Should you decide to stay in the sales end of the business, I think you'll see a lot of success.
