RAM has built a rather impress new truck, and it only comes in black. The new RAM 1500 Black Express is just about as black as a vehicle can get, with black 20-inch aluminum wheels, a black front fascia and rear bumper, a black grille, and more. We even notice that the 1500's standard badging has been removed- probably because it wasn't black enough.
Reid Bigland, CEO of the Ram truck brand explains the new truck's incredible style, stating, "Ram Trucks are known for their bold, in-your-face presence. The new Black Express takes Ram's aggressive good looks to an all new sinister level by 'blackening out' the entire truck while maintaining a great price."1
Of course, there are just a few small features that simply couldn't be black. The taillights, for example, are surrounded by black finishes, but they're actually red, while the turn signal's LED lights are amber. The headlamps feature black bezels, but they shine the traditional white.
The 2013 RAM Black Express is available right now at a starting price of $29,955 plus destination fees, and it comes in two- and four-wheel drive models, as well as regular cab, crew cab, and quad cab styles.
