Fayetteville Dodge wants to share with all auto enthusiasts in the Syracuse area an exciting occurrence that is currently taking place at the Columbus International Auto Show. The Ram Truck Off-Road Experience started yesterday and will continue until Sunday March 17 at 6 p.m.
What is the Ram-Road Experience?
Ram wanted to change the way visitors at the Columbus International Auto Show experienced Ram trucks. Instead of showcasing the trucks on platforms to be looked at visitors now get to experience the new trucks first hand.
Anyone who participates in the Ram Off-Road Experience gets to speed through a rugged indoor obstacle course with a performance driver to really feel the power and stability of new Ram trucks instead of just looking at them.
The course features many obstacles to imitate a real-life driving experience, a few are listed below.
- Departure angles, ground clearance, and approach of the vehicles are shown with a Ram Mountain
- Traction control is demonstrated by a 30 degree wedge
- Stability and articulation are shown by logs and rocks
- Suspension capabilities are demonstrated with large bumps
