The RAM Power Wagon first appeared on the auto scene back in 1945, and has been renowned since then as a leader in off-roading capability. At the Chicago Auto Show this week, the RAM brand decided to pay tribute to the iconic truck, and unveiled the 2017 model year.

The 2017 RAM Power Wagon's design takes many cues from the RAM 2500 Heavy Duty, but features enhancements specifically for off-roading ability. Under the hood of this truck you'll find the brand's award-winning 6.4-liter HEMI V8 engine that produces 410 horsepower alongside of 419 lb.-ft. of torque. The Power Wagon boasts 14.3 inches of ground clearance thanks to an upgraded suspension and 17-inch aluminum wheels that are wrapped in 33-inch tires. Further capability is provided by a 12,000-lb electric winch and heavy-duty tow hooks.
